Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at TRM Labs, you'll help drive the R&D organization's ability to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle, building a high-velocity recruiting engine that identifies and recruits exceptional engineers and data scientists. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of TRM's talent acquisition.

What you'll do

• Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits top technical talent to TRM
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical roles and teams
• Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint in the hiring process
• Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies to find and hire diverse, exceptional technical talent
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase hiring efficiency
• Analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers

What you bring

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
• Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill technical roles, with expertise in sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach strategies
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new roles and requirements, showcasing flexibility, curiosity, and high tolerance for change
• Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers and manage expectations
• Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets
• AI fluency: you apply AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage

Nice to have

• Sourcing experience for Data Science, Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack, Infrastructure, or Security teams

What we offer

• Base salary range of $130,000-$170,000, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
• Eligibility to participate in TRM's equity plan
