EXPERT BLOCKCHAIN / EVM sur Paris

Eternitech is seeking a Blockchain / EVM Expert to support a client in developing blockchain expertise and participating in various blockchain, DLT, and MNBC initiatives within the Eurosystem. You will work on subjects ranging from blockchain architecture design and technology assessments to the development and administration of blockchain infrastructures.

You will bring expertise in EVM technologies such as Ethereum, Besu, and Quorum, Ethereum Layer 2 solutions, and interoperability mechanisms between blockchain networks.

What you'll do

• Design and develop solutions based on Ethereum and EVM technologies
• Work on permissioned blockchains such as Besu, Quorum, or equivalent technologies
• Design blockchain technical architectures suited to use cases
• Develop in Solidity for Ethereum projects
• Participate in the design and evolution of blockchain infrastructures
• Administer and manage blockchain infrastructures
• Perform technical architecture work and produce technical specifications
• Design permissioned blockchain infrastructures
• Implement and operate blockchain environments
• Participate in automation and deployment of infrastructures using Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Model and represent technical architectures
• Study and implement blockchain interoperability mechanisms
• Participate in experiments involving multiple blockchain networks
• Study different Ethereum Layer 2 architectures
• Work on Optimistic Rollup and ZK-Rollup technologies
• Study data privacy mechanisms in EVM environments
• Analyse different DLT technologies and their interconnection possibilities
• Contribute operationally to MNBC and CBDC experiments
• Participate in interbank settlement work
• Work on settlement-delivery use cases (DvP)
• Participate in cross-border payment initiatives
• Contribute to blockchain infrastructure experiments within the Eurosystem
• Study token distribution models, tokenisation, and DeFi
• Conduct comparative studies on different DLT technologies
• Analyse blockchain market technological developments
• Identify opportunities and impacts of new technologies on information systems
• Produce impact analyses and scoping documents
• Formulate technical recommendations
• Prepare communication materials on blockchain technologies
• Present study and experiment results
• Participate in presentation sessions and contribute to blockchain knowledge dissemination
• Produce architecture documents, contributions to experiments including conception, architecture and development, and presentation materials

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of technical and functional experience in blockchain technologies
• Advanced mastery of main EVM blockchain technologies
• Very good knowledge of Ethereum
• Experience with Besu, Quorum, or similar permissioned blockchain technologies
• Mastery of Solidity development on Ethereum projects
• Concrete experience with interoperability mechanisms between multiple blockchain networks
• Good knowledge of data privacy techniques in EVM environments
• Advanced knowledge of Layer 2 solutions
• Mastery of Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Excellent mastery of administration and management of blockchain infrastructures
• Good mastery of practices, methods, and tools for architecture modelling
• Fluent to professional English, essential for exchanges with European actors and Eurosystem work
