Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at Crypto.com, you lead month-end closing and financial reporting for the F&A team, which spans Financial Control, Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. You provide accurate, timely financial analysis to support management decision-making and drive best-practice processes across global finance initiatives.

What you'll do

• Own month-end closing and prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, cash flow statements and management reports
• Analyze financial information and deliver timely, accurate reports to management for decision-making
• Lead the team to meet financial reporting deadlines and ensure effective internal control policies and procedures are in place
• Develop and implement best-practice financial processes and procedures
• Support implementation of financial systems, reports and business projects
• Collaborate with internal teams across the region to gather and provide information for analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

What you bring

• B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance, economics or business
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in accounting and/or treasury
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Excellent analytical, project management, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-growth environment
• Passion for startups and the growth of digital assets
• Fluent spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or CPA certification
• Audit experience
