Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at Ripple, you support the controllership function for the APAC region in Singapore. You work as a financial partner across a wide range of finance functions, with core focus on financial close, statutory audits, and operationalizing local entities for regulatory, tax, and compliance alignment. You report to the APAC Controller and are a key driver in executing and optimizing robust financial workflows. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on data integrity, enjoys the precision of day-to-day financial operations, and has a strong operational understanding of the digital asset industry.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end month-end close processes for multiple APAC entities under IFRS and local GAAP reporting, including reviewing and analysing P&L and Balance Sheet variances
• Own statutory audits with external auditors to ensure timely local reporting, and build and maintain local ledgers and workflows required for statutory and regulatory compliance in the APAC region
• Ensure financial data and components of financial requests are completed on time and structured with sufficient granularity to support repeatable reporting processes
• Work with outsourced partners on a timely basis to provide financial and other information and ensure all deliverables are completed on time
• Partner with the APAC Controller and International team to optimize core financial workflows, including financial reporting, intercompany transactions, revenue and expenses
• Coordinate with Global Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to maintain strict financial data governance, ensuring all books and records are accurate and audit-ready
• Identify opportunities and integrate automation and AI tools to streamline workflows, and contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects as needed

What you bring

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• A Qualified Accountant designation such as CA, CPA, or equivalent global certification
• Minimum 6+ years of progressive accounting experience; a mix of Big 4 public accounting and fast-growing corporate experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience within Financial Services, FinTech, or the Digital Asset and Crypto space
• Deep proficiency in IFRS and a strong operational understanding of US GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion
• The ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills to present solutions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
