German Copywriter & Content Editor

As a German Copywriter & Content Editor at Bitpanda, you own German copy for CRM, product launches, websites and landing pages. You write natively in German first, adapt into English, and set the editorial standard every other market builds on. Working as part of Growth Operations, you partner closely with CRM, product marketing managers, Localisation and Legal to speak to customers in their own language as Bitpanda redefines how Europe invests.

What you'll do

• Write German copy for CRM (email, push, in-app), product launches, websites and landing pages, then produce the English reference version for other markets, with long-form content on request
• Have final say on wording, structure and clarity in both languages, while channel and campaign owners review message, facts and call to action
• Explain crypto, stocks, ETFs and other investment products accurately, accessibly and compliantly, partnering with Legal and Compliance on financial claims and regulated wording
• Build and maintain the German style guide, glossary and terminology, and shape the prompts and AI tools used in content and localisation
• Take briefs from CRM, product marketing and channel owners, manage a steady flow of requests at speed without losing quality, and hand approved content into the localisation workflow

What you bring

• Native-level German that is idiomatic, precise and culturally current, plus business-fluent English strong enough to write the English version yourself
• Four or more years as a content editor, copywriter or managing editor at a tech, fintech, media or consumer brand, ideally covering CRM and web, with a portfolio of CRM journeys, landing pages, articles or guides showing structure, clarity and a consistent voice
• A sharp eye for accuracy and consistency, and experience building or maintaining style guides and glossaries
• Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and an appetite for shaping how you use them
• Familiarity with investing, crypto or modern finance, and ideally experience writing in a regulated industry
