Growth Lead - Performance Marketing

As a Growth Lead for Performance Marketing at Plasma, you own the paid engine that scales Plasma One and Plasma Business. You inherit a live product with real spend, and you drive acquisition across channels, budget, creative and measurement end to end.

What you'll do

• Own the cost of acquisition of valuable users and manage the paid advertising motion end to end
• Deploy many variations of ads, platforms and angles to test high performing creative and formats, driving users into custom funnels and directly to the app while measuring downstream events
• Find the audiences, messages and formats on Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube that bring in people who fund and keep spending, then scale the ones that work
• Run the campaigns yourself: build them, launch them, read the results and decide where tomorrow's budget goes, with new creative, new audiences and new angles every week
• Work with product and design on landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle and referrals so a new sign-up becomes a funded account and a regular user
• Build the paid function by setting up the tracking, reporting and playbooks that the team runs on, and help hire specialists who scale proven channels

What you bring

• Regional market expertise: you know how to build an acquisition strategy that differs between countries and markets
• Deep, hands-on experience running paid acquisition at a consumer app or fintech, especially paid social and search, with real budgets and accountability for outcomes
• Ability to navigate Meta AEM, Google optimization, Apple search ads, Snapchat and other platforms, and configure AppsFlyer, your data warehouse and creative to achieve exceptional results
• A track record of structured creative testing and confident budget allocation across channels
• Strong measurement skills: you understand attribution, incrementality and cohort analysis, and know where each one can mislead you
• Range across the funnel: you have improved landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle or referrals, working closely with product and design
• Proof, not claims: you can show what you personally tested, what improved, and what it did to acquisition cost, activation and retention
• You are resourceful and find a way to get the answer or the result, with or without a big team behind you
• You are based in London or ready to relocate

Nice to have

• You were an early growth hire at a global consumer fintech
• You know your way around mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, and the ad policies that come with financial products
• You are curious about stablecoins and new payment rails, though prior crypto experience is not required
