Growth Manager

As a Growth Manager at MEXC, you develop and execute growth strategies to expand the company's presence in the Australia market. You drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume through localized marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand MEXC's presence in the Australia market
• Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume through localized marketing campaigns and growth initiatives
• Build and manage partnerships with local KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and other potential partners
• Analyze growth metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize performance
• Collaborate with global Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute localized growth initiatives

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, business development, or user acquisition
• Experience in the Australia market with a good understanding of local user behavior and market dynamics
• A proven track record driving user growth, campaign performance, or business results
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with growth metrics
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent English; experience in the crypto/Web3 industry is highly preferred
