Head of Performance Marketing

As Head of Performance Marketing at ether.fi, you own how the company acquires users across paid ads, SEO, and AEO (answer engine optimization). You'll be judged on one metric: active users at a cost that works. ether.fi is one of the largest crypto companies in the world with over $10B in assets under management, profitable since day one, and focused on building real consumer applications in on-chain banking.

What you'll do

• Own paid acquisition end to end, including channel mix, creative, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
• Build and run SEO and AEO programs to drive organic discovery and AI assistant recommendations
• Source and manage UGC (user-generated content) creators to produce ad creative at scale
• Set up tracking and reporting that ties spend to active users by channel and by cohort
• Cut what doesn't work quickly and scale what does

What you bring

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Direct experience running SEO, AEO, and paid ads yourself, not only managing people who did
• In-house fintech marketing experience preferred; agency experience is also acceptable
• A data background and comfort pulling and analyzing your own numbers
• Drive and willingness to work hard and go the extra mile

• Experience running UGC programs
• Crypto experience
