Human Resources Executive (NO FREELANCERS THE ROLE ONLY SUITS FULLY AVAILABLE, FULLY COMMITTED AND NON-MOONLIGHTING INDIVIDUALS)

As a Human Resources Executive at Blockchain AIWEB3 Group, you join our recruitment team as an HR Operations and International Recruitment Associate to build our global technology workforce. You will primarily recruit developers, IT Engineers, AI Researchers and other professionals, working remotely on a full-time basis. This role requires full availability and commitment; freelancers and those with competing engagements are not suitable.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with department managers to determine position requirements and write compelling job descriptions
• Source outstanding candidates through LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and other channels
• Screen candidates via phone calls and other communication methods
• Conduct interviews and help build a strong, diverse team

What you bring

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably MSc, MA, or MBA)
• At least one year of recruiting experience
• Knowledge of interview techniques, candidate sourcing, and ATS and other recruitment software
• Excellent communication, organisational, time management and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Ability to develop strategies and make quick decisions independently
• Fluency in English
