Internal Communications Lead

As the Internal Communications Lead at Elliptic, you'll be the first person to own internal communications end to end, reporting to the COO and connecting three hundred people across nine offices to one strategy. You'll shape how and when leadership announcements land, work with a CEO and leadership team who already prioritise communication, and by month six have the Company Update running to a refreshed format, a rolling three-month communications calendar in place, and a champion network carrying news into every major office.

What you'll do

• Own Company Update end to end, from editorial planning and speaker prep to MC duties and follow-up, across monthly updates, quarterly Ask Us Anything sessions, and regional takeovers
• Build and run the communications calendar with the leadership team, and lead communications for launches, organisational change, and leadership news
• Write for and with the CEO and leadership team, and brief managers with talking points before announcements land
• Own internal channels including Slack, the knowledge base, a new Weekly People Update, and a culture champion network spanning every office

What you bring

• Writing that stands out, including in a CEO's voice; you prefer cutting words to adding them
• A track record owning internal communications in a fast-scaling technology company, including running an all-hands or company-wide forum end to end
• An instinct for sequencing change, knowing who hears first and who hears next, with the confidence to tell an executive team when a message will not land
• A global mindset and a real appetite for the budgeted travel to US and APAC hubs that comes with the role
• Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow; you use them to move faster and think better, and you know when not to trust them
