KOL Business Development (Senior/Regional) - Mexico & LATAM

As a KOL Business Development professional at BingX, you build and scale partnerships with key opinion leaders and affiliates across Mexico and LATAM. You drive revenue growth by identifying, negotiating, and managing high-performing KOL relationships that generate consistent trading volume on one of the world's top 5 crypto derivatives platforms.

What you'll do

• Formulate business development plans and execute the full cycle of KOL and Affiliate introductions, negotiations, and cooperation agreements
• Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals with potential Affiliates and KOLs in your region
• Support Affiliates and KOLs by designing and running special campaigns to increase their trading volume
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with new and existing Affiliates and KOLs
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs in LATAM
• Reactivate underperforming partners, retain top performers, and expand existing accounts

What you bring

• A proven track record managing a portfolio of active KOLs that generates consistent monthly trading volume
• Experience negotiating exclusive partnerships and structuring performance-based commission or rebate programs
• Strong ability to assess KOL quality, including audience authenticity, engagement rates, trader conversion, and trading activity
• Demonstrated capacity to develop and execute regional KOL acquisition strategies independently
• Proficiency in English and local languages (Spanish required for LATAM region)
