M0 Labs - Sr. Product Manager, Stablecoins

As Senior Product Manager, Stablecoins at M0 Labs (part of deCircle), you'll shape the future of a stablecoin platform for builders. You own the partner journey end-to-end, from onboarding through launch and ongoing success, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnerships. You'll translate complex partner requirements into actionable specs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help build the infrastructure that makes stablecoin deployment seamless.

What you'll do

• Define the product vision and strategy for how partners create, launch, and manage stablecoin extensions on M0.
• Deeply understand partner workflows and requirements, turning them into clear product priorities and specifications.
• Improve onboarding and governance processes to make launching an extension fast, predictable, and high quality.
• Design post-launch experiences that help partners monitor performance, stay compliant, and scale usage.
• Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and liquidity teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end partner experiences.

What you bring

• 4-7 years of product management experience, ideally in developer tooling, fintech infrastructure, or crypto ecosystems.
• A track record of shipping user-facing tools or platforms with measurable adoption and engagement.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex technical workflows into clear product requirements.
• Skilled in writing, documentation, and partner-facing communication.
• Obsession with understanding and improving the builder and partner experience.
• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats, tailoring messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Systems thinking that connects the dots between multiple tools, surfaces, and processes to form a cohesive platform.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, spotting friction before it becomes a blocker.
• Collaborative approach that thrives in cross-functional settings, ensuring alignment and momentum across teams.

• Experience with governance systems, stablecoins, or liquidity provisioning tools.
