Odos - Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at deCircle, you lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Odos, a smart order routing solution available on 15 EVM chains. You develop and execute high-impact growth strategies while expanding social media presence and community engagement in the crypto and DeFi space. This is an execution-driven role requiring hands-on involvement in campaign management and strategy implementation.

What you'll do

• Design and implement innovative growth marketing campaigns to attract global retail users and API partners
• Set measurable KPIs and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
• Continuously refine strategies to improve ROI and achieve marketing goals
• Actively contribute to campaign deliverables and ensure high-quality execution without relying heavily on delegation

What you bring

• Demonstrated success in marketing DeFi protocols or Web3 projects, with measurable results in user acquisition and retention
• In-depth understanding of the crypto market, DeFi, and blockchain technology
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and directly contribute to campaign implementation using a variety of tools
• Proven ability to grow and engage communities in the Web3 and crypto space
• Strong relationships and experience working with KOLs, Web3 projects, DAOs, and other ecosystem stakeholders
