Operations Leader - Binance Wallet

As an Operations Leader for Binance Wallet, you own the overall operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, driving growth, user participation, liquidity, and market health. You work across product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch features and strategic initiatives that expand this Web3 offering.

What you'll do

• Own the overall operations strategy for the Prediction Market business, with a focus on growth, user participation, liquidity, and market health
• Drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
• Design and execute mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement
• Identify and operate key market categories such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and other event-driven topics
• Work closely with product, marketing, data, and tech teams to launch features, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
• Monitor core metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize operations and growth outcomes
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, best practices, and new opportunities
• Build scalable operational frameworks and support team execution

What you bring

• Strong experience in operations, growth, or product operations
• A solid understanding of Prediction Market products and user behavior, or strong end-to-end project management capabilities
• Familiarity with liquidity management and participation-driving mechanisms
• The ability to think holistically across category knowledge, channels, growth, and conversion
• Strong data sense, execution ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluency in Chinese and English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Good understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topics
• Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms
• Additional languages beyond Chinese and English
