OTC Sales Specialist

As an OTC Sales Specialist at OpenCrypto, you grow our OTC business by working closely with crypto payment companies, wallets, brokers and Web3 projects, from first outreach through to onboarding and ongoing trade support.

What you'll do

• Source and develop OTC clients and referral partners across payment companies, brokers, wallets and Web3 projects
• Understand client needs including currency pairs, volumes and settlement timelines, then coordinate quotes with our liquidity partners
• Support client onboarding, including KYB documentation, in coordination with our compliance team
• Handle day-to-day trade coordination and settlement follow-ups
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat volume

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in OTC, crypto trading, payments, or B2B sales in Web3 or fintech
• A solid understanding of stablecoins, on/off-ramp flows and the OTC trade lifecycle
• Fluency in English
• Self-driven and responsive, comfortable working across time zones

Nice to have

• An existing network in crypto payments, exchanges or brokers
• Fluency in Mandarin
