Sales & Dealing Assistant intern (F/M) - January 2027

As a Sales & Dealing Assistant intern at Fipto, you will play a key role in our sales team by helping to generate qualified leads and book appointments. You'll be at the heart of our growth by identifying and interacting with potential prospects, understanding their needs, and informing them about the benefits of our blockchain-powered payment solutions. This is a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in January 2027.

What you'll do

• Prospect new customers and identify key decision-makers and influencers such as CFOs, Treasurers, Finance managers, and Supply Chain leads
• Schedule customer meetings and review onboarding flows
• Assist the dealing desk with market orders
• Participate in newsletters on various subjects
• Help organize events including conferences, stands, and webinars
• Analyse and research relevant KPIs for weekly reporting
• Manage and update reporting tools such as sales pipelines and CRM systems
• Keep abreast of the competition, partners, and the market to ensure Fipto stays ahead
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our offers and operations

What you bring

• Currently in your final year of a higher education course in Sales, Business school, or equivalent
• Previous experience with a similar internship
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and good command of customer management tools
• Knowledge of crypto and blockchain
• Fluency in English and French
• Goal-driven mindset and comfort with ambitious challenges
• Self-motivation and self-starter attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to connect easily with others
• Willingness to pick up the phone to engage new prospects
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize actions
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn as part of a passionate sales team
• Interest in the world of finance and crypto

Nice to have

• Previous experience in crypto and blockchain
• B2B sales experience
• Knowledge of FX and payment markets
