OTC Senior Sales Manager

As an OTC Senior Sales Manager at Coins, you source and onboard institutional clients for cryptocurrency trading and financial services. You join a fully BSP-regulated platform trusted by over 18 million users, serving as one of the largest crypto platforms in Southeast Asia.

What you'll do

• Source and conduct marketing calls to potential clients to establish rapport and identify their foreign exchange needs
• Service clients' requirements for all crypto needs
• Maintain existing client relationships and promote Coins' crypto services
• Onboard new clients by collecting KYC documents and conducting proper due diligence
• Provide market feedback, forecasts, and account updates to the business lead
• Maintain and track P&L on successful client trades for internal books and regulatory reporting
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory operating processes and controls

What you bring

• 1-3 years of work experience in finance or crypto organizations
• A bachelor's degree in finance, business management, economics, or a related discipline
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Chinese language proficiency
