Senior OTC Sales Trader

As a Senior OTC Sales Trader at Binance, you execute large-scale cryptocurrency trades for institutional and high-net-worth clients while managing relationships and driving business growth. You join the OTC Trading team at the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, trusted by 300+ million users across 100+ countries.

What you'll do

• Execute OTC cryptocurrency trades on behalf of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and partners with a focus on accuracy, speed, and compliance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with the trading desk, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trade execution and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Monitor market trends, liquidity, and pricing to provide clients with competitive and timely trade opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the OTC trading desk
• Prepare and present regular reports on trading activity, client feedback, and market insights to senior management
• Ensure all trades comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent client support and resolve any trade-related issues promptly

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of proven experience in OTC trading, sales trading, or institutional sales within the cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets in MENA
• A strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset trading
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Proficiency in trading platforms and tools, with experience on OTC trading desks
• Additional languages beyond English
