Partnership Executive

As a Partnership Executive at K-GROUP, you report directly to our Operation Manager and CMO, taking ownership of strategic partnerships aligned with our product roadmap. You work across KBG Blockchain Game Studios and Runnow.io, a move-to-earn gamification platform built on blockchain. You search for, evaluate, and nurture partnerships that drive the adoption of decentralized gaming and fitness products.

What you'll do

• Own the execution of strategic, value-added partnerships and relationships aligned with our product roadmap
• Identify and connect with partners across multiple categories, including long-term development partners and campaign partners
• Review and evaluate partner proposals on a daily basis
• Actively monitor project progress, identify blockers, and develop solutions with minimal oversight to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support business development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Community, Corporate Development, and Product
• Escalate execution bottlenecks to relevant stakeholders to keep projects on track
• Maintain accountability and deliver successful outcomes with measurable results
• Identify emerging industry trends and use them to inform corporate strategy

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in business development or partnerships at a technology or financial services company
• Fluent English communication, both written and oral
• Ability to work in a highly technical environment while communicating key insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing complex implementation roadmaps
• Ability to establish strong working relationships internally and externally across all levels of management
• Proven ability to deliver results in a remote work environment

Nice to have

• Active participation as a crypto investor or trader with experience and knowledge of the blockchain and crypto ecosystem
• Experience working for and understanding how to prioritize deliverables in a fast-growing company
