This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain, offering the chance to work with a dual-regulated exchange serving institutional clients across Asia.
What you'll do
- Identify, prospect, and acquire institutional and qualified wealth clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, and broader Asian markets, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, private wealth managers, corporate treasuries, and digital asset institutions.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and client engagement through onboarding, capital deployment, and ongoing relationship management.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into funded accounts, assets under management (AUM), and recurring revenue.
- Promote and distribute DigiFT's institutional-grade tokenized investment products, including money market funds, fixed income, alternative investments, and other real-world assets (RWAs).
- Educate clients on tokenization, digital asset infrastructure, and the benefits of on-chain financial products.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, repeat investments, and long-term AUM growth.
- Establish and expand distribution partnerships with financial intermediaries, wealth management platforms, digital asset exchanges, custodians, and Web3 institutions.
- Develop scalable distribution channels to accelerate institutional adoption of tokenized financial products.
- Work closely with internal product, operations, and compliance teams to structure and execute commercial opportunities.
- Manage and deepen relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Monitor market developments, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the RWA ecosystem.
- Represent DigiFT at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and commercial performance tracking.
- Ensure all sales and distribution activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
What you bring
- For Manager level: at least 3 years of experience in institutional sales, wealth management, investment product distribution, financial services, or digital assets.
- For Director level: at least 5 years of relevant experience in institutional sales, private banking, asset management, investment distribution, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to originate new client relationships and generate investment flows or sales revenue.
- Existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers, or digital asset companies.
- Good understanding of investment products such as mutual funds, money market funds, fixed income, and alternative investments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and commercial execution skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- For Director level: proven track record of generating significant AUM, sales revenue, or institutional investment mandates.
- For Director level: established network of senior decisionmakers across banks, asset managers, family offices, financial intermediaries, and/or digital asset institutions.
- For Director level: ability to independently originate, negotiate, and close complex institutional deals and strategic partnerships.
- For Director level: strong commercial judgment and ability to develop market-entry and client acquisition strategies.
- For Director level: experience building distribution channels, managing strategic accounts, or leading sales initiatives.
- For Director level: ability to provide leadership and mentorship as the regional sales team expands.
Nice to have
- Experience with tokenized assets, blockchain, stablecoins, digital asset exchanges, or institutional crypto markets.
- Background in private banking, institutional asset management, treasury solutions, securities brokerage, or fund distribution.
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment in Singapore (MAS) or Hong Kong (SFC).
- Experience working with both traditional financial institutions and Web3-native businesses.
- Strong professional proficiency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese, depending on market coverage.
- Relevant regulatory qualifications or licenses.
Why join DigiFT
- Work at the frontier of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure before it becomes mainstream.
- Direct access to and collaboration with the founding team and CEO.
