Payments Product Manager (PH)

As a Payments Product Manager at Coins, you lead the expansion of fiat payment offerings and help the Product team make data-driven decisions. You work cross-functionally to build and scale payment solutions for millions of users in the Philippines and beyond, managing everything from user-facing flows to backend settlement systems.

What you'll do

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings for users in the Philippines and beyond by integrating with payment providers and banks
• Productize payments solutions (e-wallet, tokenized payments, crypto-to-fiat) for external partners
• Work with Engineering and Design to ideate, build and optimize user journeys in the payments flow, as well as backend order processing, settlement and reconciliation automation
• Own related operational metrics such as payment conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance) and external stakeholders (Bancnet, PCHC) to scale the business while managing operational efficiency
• Interface with and assist external clients with API integration questions and troubleshooting

What you bring

• Relevant working experience in the Philippines banking, fintech and payments landscape
• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for STEM or business, finance, or economics background
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails for tech platforms, from user frontend flows to payment provider integrations to settlement and reconciliation
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a breadth of stakeholders including engineering, legal, compliance, sales and external partners
• Curiosity and entrepreneurial drive
