Principal/Senior Product Manager, User Center

As a Principal or Senior Product Manager for the User Center at OKX, you own the product roadmap for user account identity, authentication, permissions, and account architecture across individual and institutional clients. You drive end-to-end solutions that enable business growth, scale institutional capabilities across regions, and continuously optimize the user experience while leading the AI transformation of the User Center product line.

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap for user account identity (individual and institutional) and preference settings, and lead end-to-end account lifecycle management
• Drive the productization of the login system, covering standard login, third-party login, QR code login, and more, while owning product design for OKX Wallet to exchange account connection and third-party app OAuth authorization
• Own the design and evolution of account hierarchy and permission systems to support the company's diverse business models
• Partner with institutional, compliance, and risk teams to translate AUM, trading volume, and other growth targets into an account infrastructure roadmap, drive adoption of institutional capabilities such as RBAC and Custody in key regions, and turn institutional clients' customized requirements into standardized product capabilities
• Continuously track account-related complaints and support tickets to identify and address friction points, while driving the AI transformation of the User Center product line and promoting the adoption of AI agents in day-to-day work

What you bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning account systems, permission systems, compliance systems, or complex business-to-business or business-to-business-to-consumer hybrid platform products
• Strong systems-architecture mindset with the ability to independently translate business requirements into product solutions and engage in deep discussions with engineering teams
• Strong business judgment and data sensitivity, able to drive product decisions and prioritization
• Strong cross-team and cross-region collaboration and communication skills, able to engage internal teams, institutional clients, and regional compliance needs simultaneously
• Skilled at working with AI
• Fluency in both Chinese and English as working languages

Nice to have

• Background in the cryptocurrency industry
• Experience leading an account system architecture evolution or platform re-architecture from 0 to 1
• Hands-on experience applying AI agents or AI productivity tools within product workflows
