Product Designer (Web3 Payment)

As a Product Designer at RedotPay, you take full ownership of end-to-end design for our overseas stablecoin payment app and card platform. You'll define the visual system and deliver polished interfaces that build user trust and drive growth across global markets, working at the intersection of crypto fintech and traditional banking infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of end-to-end product design, from understanding user pain points and competitive landscape through to production-ready handoff, translating insights into clean, high-quality UX/UI solutions.
• Define, build, and evolve a comprehensive design system and UI specification library that ensures visual consistency and quality at scale across all global surfaces.
• Apply deep knowledge of iOS and Android design principles to produce platform-appropriate solutions from a unified brand foundation.
• Produce detailed Figma annotations, component specs, and responsive layout guidelines with solid understanding of screen density and asset adaptation for clean developer handoff.
• Use color, typography, spacing, and graphic language deliberately to establish a professional, secure, and premium feel that gives users confidence when making high-stakes financial decisions.
• Partner with growth and marketing teams to design compelling campaign visuals such as referral programs, seasonal promotions, and card customizations that lift conversion and sharing.
• Collaborate with product managers to refine micro-interactions, transitions, and motion design that make financial operations feel seamless and engaging.
• Account for multi-language rendering, variable text lengths, and RTL layouts to ensure flawless visual presentation across countries and screen sizes.

What you bring

• 5+ years of product design experience in both UI and UX with a portfolio of shipped, production-quality apps.
• Demonstrable experience designing for international markets and global user audiences.
• Exceptional visual craft with a strong foundation in composition, color theory, and typography.
• Expert-level Figma skills.
• Sharp awareness of global design trends with a preference for clean, modern, minimalist aesthetics.
• Understanding of design psychology and the relationship between visual hierarchy and user behavior.
• A portfolio that includes complete app commercialization case studies with design rationale, plus growth campaign visual work.

Nice to have

• FinTech, digital banking, wallet, or large-scale consumer app experience.
• Motion tooling experience such as After Effects or Lottie.
• Experience designing for regulated financial products or compliance-driven user flows.
• 3D visualization or illustration capabilities.
• Exposure to Web3, cryptocurrency, or digital asset product design.
