Product Director, Localisation & AI Evals

As Product Director of Localisation & AI Evals at OKX, you will own the 0-1 build and launch of a frontier agentic translation system and a self-improving agentic QA product. You'll lead a squad of product managers and developers working hand-in-hand with language managers to ship these systems into production across 20+ languages, breaking the traditional trade-off between translation quality and scale in the most demanding market: Web3, where vocabulary, regulations, and stakes move constantly.

What you'll do

• Architect and ship an agentic translation system end to end across all markets and 20+ languages, where models carry the work and humans set the standard and make the final call, breaking the cost curve so quality stays flat while coverage scales.
• Make the translation system interoperate cleanly with OKX's existing localisation stack and content pipelines rather than operating in isolation.
• Build an autonomous QA agent that evaluates translation and localisation quality at scale, catching regressions before release, monitoring in production, and self-verifying fixes using LLM-as-a-judge and eval harnesses.
• Evaluate not just accuracy and fluency but cultural fit, bias and safety, especially on regulated and financial content where incorrect or non-compliant phrasing creates real risk.
• Define and drive a hard quality signal such as human-acceptance rate or Translation Time-to-Edit so quality becomes a metric the system optimises against, not a subjective call.
• Protect key user journey conversion rates ensuring language and localisation issues never adversely affect the funnel.
• Drive sustained reduction in severe and recurring production issues, turning every escape into a new guardrail so the system gets smarter with every release.
• Lead a squad of product managers and developers to operate as one team with language managers, making localisation quality something the whole organisation owns.

What you bring

• Proven track record as a PM leader who has taken a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1 beyond translation.
• Demonstrated ability to ship genuinely novel products at the edge of LLM capabilities and repeat that success.
• Deep hands-on experience building large-scale, frontier-LLM agentic systems from 0 to 1.
• Experience with harness and orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge or automated evaluation pipelines.
• Track record building quality systems, automated evaluations, or release gates that enable confident autonomous-system launches.
• International product experience serving users across multiple languages and regions.
• Accountability for business outcomes and measured on business metrics, not delivery volume.
