Product Manager, Blockchain and Crypto

As a Product Manager for Blockchain and Crypto at Mastercard, you support the execution of Mastercard's crypto roadmap within the Blockchain and Crypto team, part of the global Core Payments division. You collaborate with multi-functional teams worldwide to develop, manage, and commercialize compliant crypto solutions, including stablecoins and related use cases on Mastercard's network, while aligning with Mastercard's multi-rail strategy and commitment to consumer choice.

What you'll do

• Work closely with customers, Mastercard global and regional teams, and sales colleagues to engage in concept validation and business case development for new products or enhancements
• Engage with treasury, franchise, legal, regulatory teams, and external partners to support the launch of new capabilities and services for crypto transactions and settlement
• Partner with platform and engineering teams by providing a well-defined product roadmap and initiatives, and define and prioritize product features
• Provide support to sales and customer-facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and enhancements
• Provide support to other product and commercialization areas on the team as needed

What you bring

• Strong interest in the blockchain and crypto space
• Experience in the payments industry and the ability to adapt new technologies to existing use cases
• Experience in product development and product management, including concept definition and validation, and business requirements definition
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
• A self-starter and problem solver with the ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of payment networks and processing
• Knowledge of the card authorization, clearing, and settlement process and systems
