Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Echo Money, you drive revenue growth across an assigned geographic region by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and closing strategic deals with fintechs, platforms, and enterprises seeking cross-border payment solutions. You own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.

What you'll do

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within your assigned region
• Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery and product demos through proposal development and deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level and senior stakeholders
• Deliver consultative, solution-based presentations tailored to different customer segments
• Negotiate commercial terms and structure deals to meet mutual success
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and gather customer feedback
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting to meet or exceed regional targets

What you bring

• Proven B2B or enterprise sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech, banking-as-a-service, or financial technology
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management across a full sales cycle
• Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
• Comfort with consultative selling and solution-based presentations tailored to different customer segments
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure deals and create persuasive business cases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• A self-directed work style, able to thrive in a remote, high-growth environment and collaborate across time zones
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience managing a region or territory, including setting and achieving sales targets and reporting performance metrics

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cross-border payments, digital assets, stablecoins, or related financial infrastructure
