Relationship Manager, DLT Corporate Clients (80-100%)

As a Relationship Manager for DLT Corporate Clients at Sygnum Bank, you source and manage relationships with corporate clients in the digital asset ecosystem. You join a global digital asset banking group regulated in Switzerland, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, and Luxembourg, working directly with leading digital asset companies to understand their banking needs and coordinate tailored solutions.

What you'll do

• Source and foster new client relationships with corporate clients through business development activities in the digital asset ecosystem
• Manage a portfolio of prospective and existing clients by identifying their banking needs, coordinating appropriate solutions across the organisation and presenting these to clients
• Lead the client onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations) and external service providers
• Update and maintain the CRM for accurate recordkeeping of all relationships
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the digital asset industry, market developments, regulatory trends and Sygnum's product offering, while expanding a strong network of professional and institutional contacts

What you bring

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in client servicing or customer care for private or institutional clients
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
• A consultative mindset and analytical skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and a hands-on mentality
• Experience onboarding clients (private clients and legal entities) and familiarity with Swiss banking regulations and onboarding documents, particularly CDB 20
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English

Nice to have

• MSc, MBA, or CFA qualification
• German or French language skills
