RWA Product Manager

As an RWA Product Manager at Bybit, you own the product planning and delivery of Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks. You work across core modules including accounts, assets, trading, market data, fund settlement, and corporate actions, interfacing with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians, and tokenized stock issuers to drive API integration, business process design, and product launch.

What you'll do

• Plan and deliver Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks products, covering accounts, assets, trading, market data, fund settlement, and corporate actions.
• Interface with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians, and tokenized stock issuers to drive API integration, business process design, system joint testing, and product launch.
• Design US equity trading product capabilities including order types (market, limit, conditional), trading sessions (pre-market, regular hours, after-hours, overnight), buying power, order freezes, settlement deductions, unsettled funds management, market data display, NBBO, price protection, and abnormal market data fallback mechanisms.
• Handle corporate actions including dividends, stock splits, reverse splits, mergers and acquisitions, and delistings.
• Integrate Direct Stocks with Bybit's existing account system, fund accounts, and trading infrastructure, designing fund flows including deposits, FX conversion, transfers, settlement, reconciliation, and withdrawal restrictions.
• Design the mStocks product mechanism, including token issuance, subscription and redemption, minting and burning, asset custody, price pegging, liquidity, and on-chain trading workflows.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, finance, risk control, engineering, and operations teams to drive product market access, investor suitability management, and risk control solutions across different countries and regions.
• Research market trends and produce competitive analysis and product iteration proposals.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in trading products, with background in US equities, securities trading, brokerage, tokenized stocks, or RWA products.
• Familiarity with the Direct Stocks business model and understanding of the roles of brokers, introducing brokers, clearing brokers, custodians, and market makers.
• Proficiency in core securities trading processes including orders, fills, positions, buying power, T+1 settlement, unsettled cash, omnibus accounts, sub-accounts, prefunding, net settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and dividend tax.
• Familiarity with US equity trading sessions, order types, time-in-force (TIF), circuit breakers, NBBO, SIP market data, and price protection mechanisms.
• Understanding of the business architecture of Tokenized Stocks and mStocks, including on-chain issuance, reserve assets, subscription and redemption, liquidity management, and price pegging mechanisms.
• Strong systematic product design skills, able to independently deliver business process design, product architecture, state machines, exception handling, and reconciliation solutions.
• Strong English communication skills, capable of directly engaging with overseas brokers, vendors, and partner institutions to drive requirements and resolve issues.
• Detail-oriented approach to trading mechanics and fund security, with strong cross-functional coordination and complex project management capabilities.
