Senior Product Manager - Exchange, Trading

As a Senior Product Manager for Exchange Trading at Crypto.com, you own the U.S. futures and regulated derivatives roadmap across DCM and FCM surfaces. You report to the VP of Exchange Product and run your roadmap with independence, setting prioritization and deciding what ships and when. You'll work directly with engineering, risk, compliance, and operations to build futures products that professional and power users depend on, where volume, trust, and trader retention live or die on frictionless execution.

What you'll do

• Own the U.S. Exchange trading and futures roadmap end to end, setting milestones, sequencing work, and resolving cross-team dependencies with product sign-off on all launches
• Decide which contracts, workflows, and tools come next, delivering outcomes that traders feel when they manage risk, not just shipping features
• Translate DCM and FCM mechanics, margins, clearing, order lifecycle, and operational constraints into product that can ship and scale without becoming a compliance project after the fact
• Operate at growth-mode pace, prioritizing ruthlessly and cutting scope while shipping when volume and urgency are both rising
• Partner across risk, compliance, engineering, and operations to align stakeholders around clear outcomes and surface regulatory and operational constraints early
• Run research and feedback loops with traders as peers, asking how they enter, manage, and exit futures positions rather than soliciting feature feedback
• Instrument what matters, size opportunities, and prioritize without waiting for analysis to be handed to you, ensuring your work shows up in volume, engagement, and ship cadence

What you bring

• DCM and/or FCM futures product experience, or experience working inside an FCM in fast-paced growth mode where you can walk through what you owned, what broke under scale, and what you did next
• Lead-level product ownership of a complex trading or markets product surface end to end, with experience navigating when dependencies broke down and still shipping
• Futures and markets fluency, including contract specs, margins, order types, position lifecycle, and how professional traders actually trade futures
• Evidence of shipping under constraint, with a track record of regulatory, clearing, risk, or operational obstacles where you still delivered a trader-usable product
• Cross-functional leadership ability to align engineering, risk, compliance, and operations around outcomes, escalating only what must escalate
• Data ownership: you instrument your own funnel and volume drivers, size opportunity, and prioritize independently

Nice to have

• Prior exchange, brokerage, or advanced trading platform product management work in crypto or traditional finance
• Product experience serving institutional or professional traders
• Hands-on futures trading experience or daily use of the products you ship
• Experience standing up or scaling U.S.-regulated futures distribution, including FCM onboarding, DCM listings, and margin products
• Design sensibility for dense trading UIs, evaluating hierarchy, density, and interaction cost with specifics
• Proficiency with AI-native workflows, using AI tools to move faster with human-in-the-loop judgment
