Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Fiat Republic, you build pipeline for our sales team in a regulated B2B neobank connecting fiat and digital assets. You will use AI tools and HubSpot or Attio to find the right companies, reach decision-makers fast, and book meetings for our Head of Sales and Sales Manager across crypto, stablecoins, remittance and cross-border payments.

What you'll do

• Respond to every inbound lead within 1 hour during working hours, qualify it and book the call
• Build target account and contact lists using AI research and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT or Claude
• Run multichannel outbound via HubSpot or Attio email sequences, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and phone
• Book qualified meetings for the Head of Sales and Sales Manager, and brief them before every call
• Follow up the same day after every conversation
• Own top-of-funnel data in HubSpot or Attio including contacts, companies, lead status, sequences and notes
• Build and improve AI workflows and HubSpot or Attio automations that make outreach faster and more relevant
• Book meetings ahead of industry events, and follow up with every contact within 24 hours after them
• Report your activity, meetings booked, qualified opportunities and conversion every week

What you bring

• 0-2 years in sales development, business development or another commercial role, or you are a graduate with the right drive
• Daily use of AI tools and the ability to show how they make you faster
• Hands-on HubSpot or Attio experience with sequences, lists and workflows
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Confidence on the phone and resilience when people say no
• A competitive, organized and numbers-driven approach
• Curiosity about payments, fintech, crypto and stablecoins

Nice to have

• Additional European languages, especially German, Spanish, French or Italian
• Previous experience in fintech, payments or crypto
• Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Lusha or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• A HubSpot or Attio certification

What we offer

• Base salary of PLN 9,000 gross per month
• An uncapped 2% share of collected revenue, paid for 6 months, on every deal that closes from a lead you sourced and qualified
