As Sales Director for Cross-Border Crypto Payments at OSL, you own the ANZ revenue pipeline and drive new business acquisition for institutional-grade stablecoin-powered settlement solutions. You target Tier-1 enterprise clients, payment service providers, fintechs, and financial institutions, capitalizing on the shift from legacy SWIFT rails to instant, cost-effective stablecoin liquidity.

What you'll do

  • Own and exceed aggressive annual net new revenue (NNR) and gross payment volume (GPV) targets across Australia and New Zealand
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise-level deals with payment service providers, cross-border remitters, crypto-native firms, import/export platforms, and non-bank financial institutions
  • Map the ANZ market, penetrate strategic enterprise accounts, and navigate complex stakeholder environments including CFOs, Treasurers, Chief Risk Officers, and Heads of Payments
  • Champion adoption of OSL's institutional-grade stablecoin rails, fiat on/off-ramps, and OTC liquidity solutions to replace legacy correspondent banking networks
  • Collaborate with internal liquidity, compliance, and product engineering teams to package tailored settlement workflows that solve treasury bottlenecks for enterprise clients
  • Monitor local regulatory developments (AUSTRAC, ASIC), competitive fee structures, and merchant trends to keep OSL's product-market fit ahead of the curve

What you bring

  • 8-10+ years of demonstrable track record hunting, negotiating, and closing multi-million-dollar deals within cross-border payments, FX, fintech infrastructure, or institutional digital asset platforms
  • Verifiable history of exceeding quota (120%+ club) with an established playbook for running full-cycle enterprise sales and building 3x-4x pipeline coverage
  • Solid command of wholesale FX margins, clearing systems, merchant acquiring, liquidity provision, and traditional correspondent banking pain points
  • Active, high-level relationships with decision-makers at tier-1 and tier-2 payment intermediaries, marketplaces, treasury desks, or fintechs across Australia and New Zealand
  • Hands-on understanding of stablecoins (USDT, USDC, local-currency stablecoins), blockchain settlement mechanics, and institutional crypto onboarding
  • Autonomous, self-directed, and resilient mindset, energized by high-velocity outbound prospecting

What we offer

  • Highly competitive base salary with an aggressive, performance-linked uncapped incentive structure
  • Direct ownership of the ANZ territory with rapid execution speed
  • Access to a solution backed by Hong Kong's first SFC-licensed, publicly listed digital asset group (HKEX: 863.HK) with institutional custody and robust regulatory compliance
