Sales Director, DACH

As a Sales Director for the DACH region at Fireblocks, you will play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in blockchain and cybersecurity. You'll target a mixture of crypto-native and financial services accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, working closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team to drive enterprise sales of our digital asset infrastructure platform.

What you'll do

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Work closely with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM team
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
• Conduct prospect, territory, and account planning
• Update and maintain Fireblocks CRM

What you bring

• Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech
• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• Track record of over-achievement
• Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude with a willingness to prospect
• Experience working in a team-selling environment

• Direct experience working within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency
