Sales Executive (Web3 / Blockchain / IT Services)

As a Sales Executive at Blockcoaster, you identify and convert business leads for custom Web3, AI, and smart contract development projects. You work with founders, IT heads, and innovation leads to scope technical solutions and build a strong sales pipeline for an enterprise blockchain technology solution provider.

What you'll do

• Identify and convert business leads for custom Web3, AI, and smart contract development projects
• Lead discovery meetings with founders, IT heads, and innovation leads to scope technical solutions
• Draft proposal documents, project scope outlines, and commercial quotes in coordination with technical leads
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and active network outreach

What you bring

• 2+ years of direct sales experience in Web3, Blockchain, or IT Software Services
• Deep conceptual understanding of smart contracts, tokenomics, DeFi, and AI technology stacks
• Consultative selling, client presentation, proposal writing, and objection handling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
