Senior Blockchain Engineer

As a Senior Blockchain Engineer at Orion Valley, you oversee the engineering of specific front-end and backend blockchain products. You work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and executives to architect, specify, develop roadmaps, and plan sprints. You lead a team of full-stack, front-end, and back-end developers on backend, front-end, consumer, and developer products.

What you'll do

• Architect and specify blockchain products in collaboration with senior engineers and the product team
• Develop roadmaps and plan sprints for your engineering area
• Lead a team of full-stack, front-end, and back-end developers
• Work closely with product managers to ensure timelines are followed and deliverables are met
• Provide weekly product reviews and updates to the executive team

What you bring

• Minimum one year of blockchain development experience
• Strong experience with blockchain products, dApps, and ERC-20 tokens
• High proficiency in Solidity, Java, and JavaScript
• Experience with both consumer and developer product management
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives and across all organizational levels
• Analytics mindset with data-driven decision-making and strong problem-solving abilities

Nice to have

• Experience with advertising platforms and data management platforms
• Background working with consumer data and privacy
