Senior DA （Growth/Marketing)

As a Senior Data Analyst (Growth/Marketing) at Bybit, you join one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges serving over 80 million users across more than 200 countries and regions. You transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions across trading, payments, wealth management, custody, institutional services, and Web3. This role requires you to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver accurate, insightful reports that support business growth and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Establish a comprehensive, accurate, and objective indicator system and monitoring and analysis framework based on business goals and models, then locate business issues
• Conduct in-depth thematic analysis of business issues and provide data support and decision-making basis for company operational decisions, marketing strategies, and product directions
• Extract data product requirements from analysis methods and monitoring frameworks, collaborate with development and product teams to deliver data products
• Organize training and knowledge-sharing sessions with relevant teams on data technology concepts, skills, methods, and tools

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Good logical analysis ability and data sensitivity, with the ability to extract core results from massive datasets and identify deep changes and root causes behind business trends
• Proficiency in data extraction tools such as SQL and operating tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
• Strong logical thinking ability and outstanding language expression ability, with the capability to independently write business data analysis reports
• Good business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms and models, able to identify business opportunities from a business development perspective
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with cross-functional and cross-team project experience and the ability to independently drive project execution
• Fluent English skills
• Strong adaptability and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

• Experience in digital currency, internet, or e-commerce
