Senior Demand Generation Manager

As a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Dapper, you'll play a key role in helping B2B clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. You'll work with a diverse range of businesses across the globe, from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups. What you'll do

• Lead demand generation strategies and execution for B2B clients, turning briefs into clear, actionable plans
• Independently manage client projects, lead client discussions, and run workshop presentations
• Consult fast-growing B2B companies on growth strategies and marketing approaches
• Question briefs critically, push for better outcomes, and test new approaches to drive results
• Manage internal and external stakeholders while collaborating effectively with your team

What you bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast-scaling environment, or agency setting
• A strong understanding of B2B marketing and revenue operations
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively in English, keeping communication sharp, structured, and on point
• A growth mindset; you give and receive feedback and seek continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively with teams and clients
• Flexibility and focus when things change; you adapt without losing momentum

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in performance marketing or content marketing
• Experience working at a marketing agency
• Background in B2B marketing
