What you'll do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue across digital channels
• Guide market research initiatives, including competitor analysis and audience segmentation, to inform strategy
• Manage and mentor the marketing team in a remote environment, fostering collaboration and performance
• Collaborate with editorial and product teams to align messaging, content strategy, and user experience
• Define key performance indicators, manage marketing budgets, and optimize campaigns based on performance data and analytics
• Coordinate with sales and partnership stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitive trends, and adapt strategies accordingly
• Represent the brand at industry events and strategic collaborations
