Senior Marketing Executive

As a Senior Marketing Executive at GRVT TECHNOLOGIES, you'll turn marketing ideas into campaigns and content that capture attention, engage the right audience, and drive real business growth. You'll work across growth initiatives, campaign planning, content creation, video, and product marketing, helping GRVT turn complex Web3 trading products into compelling stories that people understand, remember, and want to act on. You'll think creatively, execute hands-on, and connect marketing activities to measurable results.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches, feature releases, user acquisition, activation, and retention across social media, website, email, community, and other channels.
• Translate marketing objectives into actionable campaign ideas, messaging, and channel plans, then monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Develop engaging content ideas and marketing materials that communicate GRVT's products, features, and value proposition, including social posts, short-form videos, product explainers, and promotional creatives.
• Create and adapt content across different formats, working closely with designers, video editors, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.
• Stay on top of Web3 trends, industry narratives, competitor activities, and social culture to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Develop concepts and briefs for short-form videos, product demos, campaign videos, and other visual content, supporting production from ideation and scripting through to editing and distribution.
• Identify effective content formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches to improve audience engagement and reach, and help build a consistent and recognisable presence for GRVT across key social and digital channels.
• Work with Product Marketing, BD, Design, and Growth teams to translate product updates and business priorities into effective marketing initiatives.
• Simplify complex trading and Web3 concepts into clear, compelling messages for different audiences.
• Support go-to-market activities for new products, features, partnerships, and market initiatives.
• Track key marketing metrics including reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, user acquisition, and campaign ROI.
• Analyse results to understand what works and what doesn't, experiment with new content formats and distribution channels, and share campaign learnings to build a repeatable, data-informed marketing process.

What you bring

• Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, campaign management, or a related role.
• Strong content instincts and the ability to develop engaging marketing ideas across different formats and channels.
• Experience coordinating or executing marketing campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Familiarity with short-form video, social media content, creative production, or video editing workflows.
• Comfort using performance data to evaluate campaigns and improve results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and move quickly.

Nice to have

• An understanding of Web3, crypto, financial markets, or trading products.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for content development, creative production, or marketing workflows.
