Senior Multimedia Designer

As a Senior Multimedia Designer at Coins, you lead the development of our visual brand across channels and formats. Coins is the most established crypto brand in The Philippines, trusted by more than 18 million users. We are fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of our visual brand across channels and formats
• Bridge the gap between product and brand experience, proactively ensuring consistency across all media
• Support the design team's growth, including mentoring other team members
• Conduct research on visual design trends and best practices
• Work across digital and traditional print media
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the company, from marketing to product and brand teams
• Establish design standards and build systems that enable fast execution while maintaining visual brand integrity
• Champion design within the organization and raise the bar for quality standards

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual design, either client-side or within an agency setting
• A portfolio showcasing a distinct design style and creative approach
• Proven experience developing and maintaining visual design systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Demonstrated skill in presenting and articulating design concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with advanced design platforms, including AI-enhanced tools such as MidJourney and Adobe Firefly
• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing
• A solid understanding of core design principles and a demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design ideas clearly and confidently
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
