Senior Paid Ads

As a Senior Paid Ads specialist, you'll plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads. You'll work cross-functionally to drive user acquisition and shape the marketing strategy of a fast-growing, fully regulated crypto platform backed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads
• Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Gather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities
• Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals
• Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing

What you bring

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads
• Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar platforms
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and ARPU
• Basic knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models
• Good experience with analytics platforms such as Firebase, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
