Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at BIT, you own end-to-end design for key product flows across web and mobile. You join a global digital asset financial services group managing over US$7 billion in assets and facilitating more than US$7 billion in monthly trading volume, serving institutional and professional investors worldwide.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for key product flows across web and mobile, from research and wireframes to polished, high-fidelity UI
• Take ownership of the overall user experience by conducting user research and interviews to ground design decisions in real user needs and behaviours
• Set and uphold design standards, building consistency across products through systems and clear guidelines
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences
• Mentor and guide other designers, with the potential to lead the design team as it grows
• Champion user-centered thinking and bring industry best practices into the team

What you bring

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading, or other data-heavy products
• A strong portfolio showing complex, polished work across web and mobile
• Mastery of Figma and a solid grasp of design systems
• Proficiency with AI-assisted design tools and workflows, paired with a strong aesthetic sense and good taste in visual and interaction design
• Strong learning agility and ability to stay current with evolving design trends and technology
• Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, bilingual (English/Chinese) environment

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or leading designers
• Background at a leading exchange, trading platform, or large-scale consumer tech product
• Interest in or experience with crypto, trading, or financial products
