Senior Product Designer, Sports

As Senior Product Designer for Sports at Robinhood, you'll own end-to-end design for the sports vertical within Prediction Markets, a new asset class that lets customers engage with real-world events in dynamic, meaningful ways. You'll shape how fans experience sports trading flows, amplifier events, and engagement features tied to the biggest moments in sports. This is zero-to-one work with executive visibility, moving fast within one of the fastest-growing, most strategically important areas of the business.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for the Sports vertical within Prediction Markets, from early concept through launch, taking full accountability for the quality and impact of every experience you ship.
• Design sports trading flows, engagement features, and amplifier events tied to the biggest moments in sports, translating complex financial mechanics into experiences that feel intuitive and exciting for fans.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to define the right problems and drive high-priority initiatives from idea to production.
• Turn ambiguous, first-of-its-kind challenges into clear, elegant product experiences, bringing structure to spaces where the playbook doesn't exist yet.
• Incorporate feedback from senior leadership and stakeholders thoughtfully, iterating quickly without losing quality or vision.

What you bring

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual craft and end-to-end product thinking.
• Proven experience designing and launching new or early-stage products; you're comfortable with zero-to-one work and know how to drive work forward without a fully defined path.
• The ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and make confident design decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you work well with product, engineering, and operations partners and know how to align diverse perspectives toward a shared outcome.
• Proficiency in Figma and openness to integrating AI tools into your design workflow.
• A genuine love for sports, whether you track stats, follow teams, or live for the energy of game day. No formal sports design experience required; an appreciation for the fan experience is what matters.

• Base pay range: $166,000-$195,000 USD (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC); $146,000-$172,000 USD (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL); $129,000-$152,000 USD (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
