Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Breet, you help shape product strategy, guide product development, and work with different teams to build products that solve real problems for customers navigating crypto payments across Africa. Breet is a crypto payment platform making crypto spendable for individuals and businesses across the continent.

What you'll do

• Understand customer needs and market trends through research and analysis
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Develop and refine the product's overall strategy
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from conception to launch
• Gather, document, and refine product requirements with stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing to build and ship products
• Oversee product testing and coordinate product launches
• Gather user feedback and incorporate it into product improvements
• Create product guides and internal documentation
• Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate product success and plan future iterations

What you bring

• Experience in product management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of product development processes and the product lifecycle
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document product requirements
• Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
• Good communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving

Nice to have

• Experience working in fintech, payments, or the crypto industry
• Familiarity with product management tools and project management platforms
• Experience using customer feedback and product data to guide decisions
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development workflows
• Experience coordinating product launches and measuring product performance
