Senior Product Manager (Card)

As a Senior Product Manager (Card) at RedotPay, you will manage the development and optimization of all card functions and features for RedotPay Card. You join the Card Product team to execute end-to-end product strategy, drive user acquisition and transaction volume, and expand globally by building efficient, compliant, and high-performance card products. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnership, and business growth.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end product strategy for RedotPay's card products, including virtual and physical cards, and roll out new card products such as ApplePay and GooglePay based on the card product roadmap
• Communicate with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), partners (such as BIN Sponsors), and service providers to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new card products and features
• Manage the full lifecycle of card products, including integration with card schemes, partners, and service providers; conduct card product and marketing research; and create product design documents based on business requirements
• Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, compliance, risk, marketing, and business development teams to ensure card products are stable, secure, scalable, and fully compliant across jurisdictions
• Monitor card product performance using key metrics such as activation rate, transaction volume, conversion, cost per acquisition, and retention; use data-driven insights to iterate and improve
• Work with design teams to optimize user experience, enhance workflows, and enrich product features that improve card issuing channel efficiency and increase user satisfaction
• Stay ahead of industry trends in crypto payments, card networks, and emerging card payment technologies

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree or above and 5+ years of product management experience in card issuing or card payments in the financial industry
• Familiarity with card products and the end-to-end card payment lifecycle, including card issuing, embossing, authorization, settlement, and dispute handling
• Deep understanding of ISO8583 messaging and the standards and products of card schemes such as Visa and Mastercard
• The ability to convert business requirements into product design documents or functional specifications
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
• A passion for fintech and crypto innovation with a results-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Project experience implementing ApplePay or GooglePay
• Proficiency in analytics tools
