Senior Product Manager - Cards & Payments

As Senior Product Manager for Cards & Payments at GoSats, you own the entire card and payments experience, the core product that processes millions of transactions and forms the foundation of the wealth-building platform. You define the roadmap for card issuance, KYC onboarding, transaction processing, settlements, chargebacks, international card use, and credit line products. You work closely with engineering, design, banking partners, and the Head of Banking Partnerships to ship product-market-bank integrations.

What you'll do

• Own the card and payments roadmap end to end, from issuance through international use and credit products
• Partner with engineering and design to ship features across card issuance, KYC onboarding, transaction processing, settlements, and chargebacks
• Collaborate with banking partners and the Head of Banking Partnerships to align product with bank integrations and market needs
• Drive analytics-driven decisions using Mixpanel/Amplitude to optimize the card and payments experience

What you bring

• 4-8 years as a PM at a fintech, payments, or card product company
• Deep understanding of card issuance lifecycle, payment rails, UPI, and PPI regulations
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Mixpanel or Amplitude
• Proven track record scaling a card or payment product to 100K+ users
• Excellent written communication for cross-functional alignment

Nice to have

• Experience building a credit card, PPI, or BNPL product
• Track record optimizing KYC and onboarding at scale
