Senior Product Manager, Client Activation (B2B Onboarding, KYC/KYB)

As Senior Product Manager for Client Activation at Reap, you own and scale the onboarding experience as the company expands into new markets and unlocks new use cases. Client Activation is Reap's #1 objective, and this role sits at its centre. You will design onboarding that turns regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage: fast, compliant, consistent client activation across geographies, products, and flow types, built on systems that scale and differentiate Reap in the market.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end activation funnels from application through identity verification, KYC/KYB, AML screening, risk assessment, account setup, and first value, with a core focus on B2B and consumer use cases alongside it
• Manage the verification and AML stack in-product, including identity and entity verification (KYC/KYB), document and registry checks, sanctions and PEP screening, risk decisioning, and controls that keep Reap audit-ready across jurisdictions
• Develop vendor and orchestration strategy by selecting, integrating, and optimising KYC/KYB providers, identity verification vendors, and workflow engines
• Build scalable onboarding architecture with configurable flows, rules, and decisioning that adapt to jurisdiction-specific requirements without bespoke rebuilds, plus an activation playbook that lets Reap enter new markets and launch new use cases faster
• Embed regulatory-by-design product thinking by partnering deeply with Compliance and Legal to translate licensing and regulatory obligations into product requirements that don't compromise client experience
• Orchestrate cross-functionally with Engineering day-to-day, and across Ops, Compliance, and GTM to remove friction, reduce manual review, and improve conversion and time-to-activate
• Own activation funnel metrics including conversion, time-to-activation, verification speed, manual review rates, and drop-off by stage and market; run experiments and drive a data-grounded roadmap

What you bring

• Hands-on PM experience shipping B2B client onboarding, KYC/KYB, or activation products in regulated fintech (B2B is essential; consumer onboarding exposure is valuable)
• Deep fluency in the AML stack: identity verification, KYC/KYB, sanctions and PEP screening, licensing, and data requirements across geographies and flow types, plus hands-on experience with onboarding vendors and orchestration tools
• Holistic thinking that weighs client experience, legal and regulatory requirements, and operations together in every product decision, treating compliance as a constraint to design within rather than an obstacle
• Systems thinking: you build scalable, configurable systems with rules engines, modular flows, and reusable components rather than market-by-market one-offs
• Client experience obsession: you judge every flow by how it feels to a good client, prioritising fewer steps, less friction, and faster paths to first value
• Data-driven approach: you define metrics, diagnose drop-off, and prioritise by impact
• AI-first mindset: you think and act AI-first in how you work and what you build
• Senior PM craft: you operate autonomously, partner closely with Engineering, drive alignment across Ops, Compliance, Legal, and GTM, and communicate clearly with leadership

Nice to have

• Experience in the crypto or digital assets space (regulated fintech is the must-have; crypto is a bonus)
• Experience building onboarding across multiple geographies and regulatory regimes
• Familiarity with payments, cards, and cross-border money movement
• Prior work in a high-growth fintech scaling into new markets
