Senior Product Manager - On-chain

As a Senior Product Manager for On-chain at CoinMarketCap, you own the vision and roadmap of our on-chain data product lines. You sit at the intersection of what millions of users need and what the business requires, setting product strategy based on deep data analysis and user empathy. With DEX activity at an all-time high, you'll help improve our on-chain data infrastructure and build products that let users make the best use of our on-chain datasets, integrating both in-house parsers and third-party tools to create the best on-chain data products in the industry.

What you'll do

• Define the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products at CoinMarketCap
• Write clear and succinct user stories and product requirement documents
• Collect both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and priorities
• Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
• Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically
• Understand the competitive and partner landscape in on-chain data tooling
• Challenge assumptions and think creatively to identify ways to improve your products
• Bring strong UX and UI design sensibility and work effectively with designers

What you bring

• Deep understanding of on-chain data from both technical and business perspectives
• Proven experience building products that leverage a breadth of different on-chain data sources
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and drive prioritization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and drive conviction across stakeholders
• A results-driven mindset focused on execution with a hands-on approach and a track record of launching successful products
• Self-starter and problem-solver who breaks down complex issues effectively
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• An MBA or Master's degree in a technical field
