Senior Product Manager - On-chain

As a Senior Product Manager at CoinMarketCap, you own the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products that serve millions of users daily. You sit at the intersection of user needs and business strategy, making data-driven decisions to shape product priorities. With DEX activity at an all-time high, you'll improve on-chain data infrastructure and build products that help users leverage CoinMarketCap's on-chain data. You'll work on in-house products that parse and organize on-chain data while integrating third-party tools and services, with the goal of building the best on-chain data products in the industry.

What you'll do

• Define the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products at CoinMarketCap
• Write clear and succinct user stories and product requirement documents
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and priorities
• Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to align on strategy
• Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically
• Understand the competitive and partner landscape in on-chain data
• Challenge assumptions and think creatively to find ways to improve your products
• Demonstrate a strong sense of UX and UI design, and work effectively with designers

What you bring

• Deep understanding of on-chain data from both technical and business perspectives
• Proven experience building products that use a breadth of different on-chain data
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain
• Fluency in English
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and prioritize
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and drive conviction across stakeholders
• Results-driven mindset focused on execution with a hands-on approach and a track record of launching successful products
• Self-starter and problem-solver who breaks down complex issues effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to have

• An MBA or Master's degree in a technical field
