Senior Product Manager - On-chain

As a Senior Product Manager for on-chain data at CoinMarketCap, you set the vision and roadmap for key product lines that reach millions of users daily. You sit at the intersection of user needs and business strategy, making data-driven decisions and communicating effectively across teams and leadership. In this role, you'll improve CoinMarketCap's on-chain data infrastructure and build products that help users make the best use of on-chain data, combining in-house parsing and organization tools with third-party integrations.

What you'll do

• Define the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products at CoinMarketCap
• Write clear and succinct user stories and product requirement documents
• Collect both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction
• Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to align on priorities
• Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically
• Understand the competitive and partner landscape for on-chain data solutions
• Challenge assumptions and find ways to improve your products through creative problem-solving
• Work effectively with designers to ensure strong UX and UI across your products

What you bring

• Deep understanding of on-chain data from both technical and business perspectives
• Experience building products that leverage a breadth of different on-chain data sources
• Knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and prioritization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• A track record of launching successful products with a results-driven, execution-focused mindset
• Self-discipline, motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics

Nice to have

• An MBA or Master's degree in a technical field
