Senior Product Manager - On-chain

As a Senior Product Manager at CoinMarketCap, you own the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products that reach millions of users daily. You sit at the intersection of user needs and business goals, setting product strategy and making data-driven decisions. With DEX activity at an all-time high, you'll improve CoinMarketCap's on-chain data infrastructure and build products that help users extract maximum value from on-chain data, combining in-house parsing and organization tools with integrated third-party services.

What you'll do

• Define the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products at CoinMarketCap
• Write clear and succinct user stories and product requirement documents
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and priorities
• Work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
• Evaluate the products and features you launch methodically and critically
• Understand the competitive and partner landscape for on-chain data tools and services
• Challenge assumptions and think outside the box to find ways to improve your products
• Demonstrate a strong sense of UX and UI design and work effectively with designers

What you bring

• Deep understanding of on-chain data from both technical and business perspectives
• Experience building products that leverage a breadth of different on-chain data sources
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and drive conviction across stakeholders
• A results-driven mindset focused on execution with a track record of launching successful products
• Self-starter and problem-solver who can break down complex issues and work independently or collaboratively as needed
• Fluency in English

• An MBA or Master's degree in a technical field
